We are looking for servers with experience in small fast-paced local fine-cuisine restaurants -- 100-plus covers per night. Competitive pay and a great atmosphere.

We are looking for a sous chef, strong with procedures. Hands On! You must have experience in authentic Italian Cuisine upscale plating and presentation; great working attitude, be able to work well with your co-workers, and must have experience working in a small kitchen with only two other cooks. We serve more than 100 covers per night. Competitive pay and a great atmosphere. We have an open kitchen, so you need to be presentable and act/speak responsibly while working -- The customers’ eyes and ears are on you! Culinary school is a plus, but not required. Italian speaking is a BIG plus!
